The Company specialises in the installation, testing and commissioning of singlemode and multimode fibre optic cable systems for the telecommunications and datacommunications market in Poland. |

| Other services include the supply of cable and connectors, the manufacture of preterminated cable assemblies and patching/splicing enclosures, and fault diagnosis, location and repair to fibre cable systems. |
| Installations |
| Data Optics has assembled and trained a team of fibre optic engineers skilled in both the single and multimode fields. All teams are equipped with state-of-the-art fusion splicers and OTDRs. These assets enable the Company to maintain high standards combined with speed and quality, ensuring that each installation is completed on schedule and meets the customer's expectations. |
| Upon completion of each installation the OTDR test results are prepared using PC based software, and the customer is provided with a high quality laser printed hard copy for direct inclusion in the installation documentation. The results are also available on floppy disc. |
| The Company installs local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), metropolitan area networks (MAN) and cable television (CATV) networks. Data Optics has teams of engineers dedicated to the CATV market who install both copper and fibres cables. |

| In addition to the above Data Optics' technical staff give advice on closed circuit television (CCTV) systems for a range of applications, including airports, parking structures and city centres, and our engineers are experienced in the installation, commissioning and testing of such systems. |
| Cable Assembly |
| Data Optics operates a high volume fibre optic cable termination factory manufacturing patchcords and pigtails from a broad inventory of cable and connector types. Each assembly comprises high quality components and each finished product is supplied fully tested and with a certificate of conformity that incorporates a unique reference code. All assemblies are skillfully manufactured in accordance with the Fibre Optic Industry Association code of practice. |
| Large stocks of cable and connectors are stored in the main warehouse and orders are completed and shipped to customers with the minimum of delay. Many standard assemblies are available from stock and are supplied by next day delivery. |

| Each enclosure is manufactured in mild steel with fully welded, ground and polished seams, thus providing a robust environment for fibre management. |
